Hudson Gardens and St. Francis Assisi Wedding // Amy + Todd

I am usually more drawn to images of couples whose joy and happiness show through in their photos and Amy & Todd really made it really hard on me to pick my favorites for the blog post! I had the hardest time, because they look so happy together in every photo! But, I guess this isn't a bad problem to have ;) We started their day at a beautiful Roman Catholic Church in Castle Rock called St Francis Assisi. The church sits up on a hill overlooking the gorgeous mountain views and all of Castle Rock. All of the windows inside the church have this same breathtaking view making it a perfect place to have a wedding ceremony. Then we headed to Hudson Gardens for their reception to take pictures in a beautiful garden and their reception was held in the cutest old fashion log cabin. Amy & Todd were beyond fun to work with, I love when couples burst into laughter while I am posing them, yes it's usually because they feel a little silly. But, when they laugh about feeling silly, it's my favorite time to keep the camera clicking. I feel that the laughter helps portray the couple's natural state together. But, really they made my job easy! They were both so kind and included me in their day and relationship like we have been friends for years. Amy and Todd thank you for being such wonderful people to work with and I hope the laughter and smiles continue for years to come! Here are some of my favorite from their beautiful day.....enjoy!
